BE SURE YOU RECORD THIS 12-DIGIT NUMBER ACCURATELY AND WRITE IT ON YOUR PHOTOS. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL ONLY APPEAR IN THE FISBO REGISTRY, INC. DATABASE AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SIGNED DISCLOSURE AND RECEIVED AND INSTALLED YOUR PHOTOS..
