After filling out the Home Registration Form and clicking on SUBMIT, you MUST send at least one (and not more than five) photos of your property along with a MANDATORY (it is required by law in most states) SIGNED DISCLOSURE and the fee to:

Immediately after you SUBMIT what you enter in the Home Registration Form, a temporary copy of the publicly-available version of your Home Registration will be placed on the website www.fisbos.com for your perusal. See below for more detailed information.
Upon receipt of the required photos, DISCLOSURE, and the fee we or the authorized Consumer Information Coordinator (CIC), will install the information submitted here into the FiSBO Registry Database.
People interested in your property will either email you directly or contact FiSBO Registry, Inc., or one of our CICs, which, in turn, will contact you by email or phone with the necessary information. In addition, exclusive buyer agents who are subscribers to FiSBO Registry, Inc. may wish to alert you to buyer clients for your home.

Please fill out as much as possible the information in the Home Registration Form, and submit it by clicking on the SUBMIT button at the very bottom of the form. Once you or a CIC, have/has sent us photographs and the required signed DISCLOSURE we or your CIC, will install your Home Registration into the FiSBO Registry Database. Your name and information regarding the location of your property will not be made available publicly.
After you SUBMIT, a 12-digit registration number indentifying your home will be displayed. BE SURE YOU RECORD THIS 12-DIGIT NUMBER ACCURATELY AND WRITE IT ON YOUR PHOTOS AND YOUR CHECK. For more on photos and captions see below.
After you SUBMIT, a temporary copy of the publicly-available version of your Home Registration will immediately be placed in www.fisbos.com for you to inspect. The exact LOCATION (a URL of the form: "http://www.fisbos.com/0721-0912-1234.html") of your temporary public Home Registration (which will not include owner Address/Phone or other information about the location of property) will be provided after you click on the SUBMIT button.
Note that this temporary Home Registration will be removed after your Registration is installed in the FiSBO Registry Database and, in any event, in seven business days if we do not receive photographs, fee, and a signed DISCLOSURE from you. If there is anything you wish to correct in the temporary Home Registration, you must RE-SUBMIT and obtain a new Registration Number/Home Regstration from scratch. For this reason we suggest you VERIFY EVERYTHING IS CORRECT IN THE REGISTRATION FORM BEFORE CLICKING ON THE SUBMIT BUTTON. NOTE: Most WWW software allows you to use the TAB key to move between items [boxes] and to select more than one item in a scrollable box by pressing the CONTROL (or COMMAND or SHIFT) key while clicking on each item.
The Real Estate Services Packages are available to FiSBO Registry, Inc., registrants and to those buyers wanting to access such services through FiSBO Registry, Inc. FiSBO Registry, Inc., a member of The Consumer Companion family of companies, does charge a database access flat fee to third-party providers and rebates all but a 10% processing fee to the consumer to aid in their lowering consumer closing costs.
