If you submit your registration to an authorized Consumer Information Coordinator (CIC), the CIC will handle the registration for you. Your $675 CIC fee will be over 45% savings off the $1,290 retail value.
Your order is immediately processed upon receipt of payment, registration data, photo(s), and signed disclosure form. Except as stated, all toolkit products are shipped within 2 business days of date of order process. Lawn sign delivery from sign manufacturer approximately 7 business days; MLS registration approximately 14 business days. IVR set-up, postcards, data sheets within 7 business days.
IF YOU REMOVE YOUR HOME FROM THE MARKET, notify us within 10 days of the date of removal. The notification must be in writing by mail or email and must include your registration number.
If you do not communicate with us or whomever helped you register after six months, the registration will be dropped from the database. All you need to do to extend your registration after six months is to notify us to do so at the end of each six month period. There is no charge for extensions for as many extensions as you need.
