THE $700 or $475 Fee

PURPOSE:

To ensure that all home registrations are properly registered and that the home is actually actively for sale. The fee also includes a real estate service package that will give you the practical tools to help you sell your home successfully.

PROCEDURE:

Mail in your $700 or $475 fee along with your photos and signed DISCLOSURE statement to FiSBO Registry, Inc.,P.O. Box 1290, New London, NH 03257. Be sure you write on your check your registration number obtained when you filled in the online registration form.

If you submit your registration to an authorized Consumer Information Coordinator (CIC), the CIC will handle the registration for you. Your $475 CIC fee will be at a 50% savings of the $950 retail value.

Allow up to 25 days for all Homeseller Toolkit products and services to be delivered. Placement of your home into FiSBO Registry, Inc.'s active database will be, of course, within a week of our receipt of photo(s), signed DISCLOSURE, and payment.

IF YOU SELL YOUR HOME:

IF YOU SELL YOUR HOME, notify us within 10 days of the date of sale. The notification must be in writing by mail or email and must include your registration number.

IF YOU REMOVE YOUR HOME FROM THE MARKET, notify us within 10 days of the date of removal. The notification must be in writing by mail or email and must include your registration number.

If you do not communicate with us or whomever helped you register after six months, the registration will be dropped from the database. All you need to do to extend your registration after six months is to notify us to do so at the end of each six month period. There is no charge for extensions for as many extensions as you need.
