If your decide not to upload scans of house photos and the DISCLOSURE directly over the web, you still must send at least one (and not more than five) photos of your property along with a signed DISCLOSURE to:

When entering registration information you have the option of entering descriptions to accompany up to three photos you wish to provide.
If you have more than three photos and are mailing them to us, write your description on the back of each additional photo.
Make sure each photo you send us has the registration number of the property written on the back. The registration number of the property will be displayed after you SUBMIT the registration. It will be a 12 digit number reflecting current date and time. BE SURE YOU RECORD THIS 12-DIGIT NUMBER ACCURATELY AND WRITE IT ON YOUR PHOTOS. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL ONLY APPEAR IN THE FISBO REGISTRY, INC. DATABASE AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SIGNED DISCLOSURE AND RECEIVED AND INSTALLED YOUR PHOTOS..
Also note on the back of each photo you send us, which photo is A, B, or C.
If you don't wish to record photo descriptions during the registration process, leave the blanks empty.
If you wish to modify/change uploaded photos and/or captions using the web (remember you can always call us or mail information to us and have us do this for you), for now, you must use the Upload Scans of Photos page
