Before your submitted Home Registration can be be installed in the FiSBO REGISTRY, INC DATABASE, the laws of most states require that a signed copy of the NON-AGENCY DISCLOSURE below must be sent to us.
You may now either send the signed DISCLOSURE to us via regular mail/fax or the web. For regular mail/fax, send the signed DISCLOSURE to:

Or, if you are using Netscape 2.0 or higher, you may scan the signed DISCLOSURE into a JPEG file on your computer and upload the JPEG file to us using facilities described on our web pages after you click the SUBMIT button after filling out an Online Home Registration.
The signed DISCLOSURE may also be faxed to 603-526-2092.
In any event, don't forget that without the photos and the fee we still cannot install your Home Registration.
Upon receipt of a signed copy of this DISCLOSURE, the fee and your photos (with optional captions and identifying information) your Home Registration will be installed into the FiSBO Registry Database so others can search for it.
You may print out the Agency Disclosure form by CLICKING HERE (and then clicking on the PRINT button on your browser) or you may CLICK HERE and have the Agency Disclosure form emailed to you.
FiSBO REGISTRY, INC. and its subscribers do not represent you,
the seller,
in any way. Do not disclose motivation or confidential information
to us. You
the owner are responsible for all decisions regarding pricing,
negotiations and
terms of any purchase offer. You must seek your own legal, tax
and other
professional advice.
You are free to enter into a purchase contract with no obligation
to FiSBO
REGISTRY, INC. You have the right to enter into an EXCLUSIVE
AGENCY listing agreement with the real estate company of your
choice and
still remain in the registry. Although, if you, the seller, sign
an EXCLUSIVE
RIGHT TO SELL listing agreement you must notify the registry.
This type of
listing agreement is not allowed in the registry.
You, the seller, understand that all information made public on
the Internet
may be used in various mediums for advertising. Any registration
can be
removed or changed upon notification of the seller. All data
entered into the
registry is subject to errors and omissions. Only direct contact
with the seller
can verify the accuracy of the information provided.
